French Rosé Wine

Tasting

Very fresh rosé, the attack is acidulous then gives way to red, white and exotic fruits.

Harvest

Manual harvest with elevator without pump.
The whole harvest is pressed directly post-harvest.

Winemaking

The resulting grape juice is cooled to remove the coarsest particles. Thus, the must can begin its alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Food and wine pairing

Suggestion of accompaniment : Aperitifs, chocolate desserts.

Service

Recommended serving temperature: 8°C.
